The Outer Continental Shelf Sale 210 was held in New Orleans on August 19, 2009. Sale 210 covered the WGOM Planning Area.  Sale 210, just completed, resulted in 189 bids, by 27 companies, on 162 tracts, for a total of $145,186,365. The total sum of apparent winning bids was $115,466,321, on approximately 0.9 million acres.  Last year, Sale 207 resulted in 423 bids, by 53 companies, on 319 tracts, for a total of $607.1 million. The total sum of apparent winning bids was $487.3 million, on approximately 1.8 million acres.
